About me, Elliot Hopkins.

Elliot Hopkins is me. I'm Elliot, hello! I was thinking about writing this in the third person, but it felt weird, too "braggy," too official, and made me seem so high and mighty and important. So I'd rather just speak from the heart, so let's get started, shall we?

For as long as I can remember, I have always been a creative person, and I have always been working on some sort of new project. I have also always been fascinated by technology, whether it was playing with pretend electronics, messing around with my dad's computer, or begging my parents for a computer of my very own. My interest in technology, as well as my creativity, often collided. As soon as I began to get my hands on technology, I started making things with it. I learned to code in Scratch, Python, and JavaScript as I made programs and games. I built all sorts of simple websites with HTML and CSS. I also used technology for my other projects, like recording and editing YouTube videos, making animated stop-motion LEGO brickfilms, drawing and "animating" in MS Paint, or dabbling in graphic design.

Now I am in high school, and I am both very different and very similar to my younger self. I am still always working on some sort of project, and constantly getting new interests in different, random, fun, nerdy new things.
